The Ood turned out to be quite scary, didn't they? x.x;; Even if they do still look like Mind Flayers.

Me too, I'm getting fidgety now to know just what "he" looks like...

Erm, no?

I think the quality of writing and lack of originality were scarier.

It's more the idea of a race that literally offer themselves up as slaves simply because they were awaiting 'higher orders' from someone/thing long since buried that freaks me out.

It's a good argument for avoiding any race that demands you enslave them at any cost. :P

And I thought it was quite a fun ep, although it did spark a discussion about just what a body does when exposed to the atmosphere around the planet. That woman floated quite merrily towards the black hole...

I maintain we should test out zero-atmosphere on death-row convicts, so we can show the results to trainee spacemen and say "never EVER open that hatch without proper equipment on".

Scary girl :). Basically you don't explode, there is a big pressure difference but the body is strong enough to hold everything together. You do however get to die fom a combination of no oxygen, your blood boiling and really fast freezing.

Ooooh, right... Thanks! ^_^

I still maintain it should be tested on Death Row convicts though. ^____^
